While trying to replace a fuse, the bottom contact point and bulb bottom broke off inside the fuse site(?), how do I get the rest of the fuse out? The metal thread part and top of fuse came out.....please help!

You need to disconnect the power by turning off the main or having the meter pulled.

ONLY then can you can safely extract it with needle nose pliers.

friend ..I have an safe way of doing this . .but it is my business to do so . .please please do NOT do this yourself . . .get a little help . .then get that old fuse box replaced . . .fuses in and of themselves are good safety valves...but you have first hand experience now ...why they need to go
