Bonding well casing

Even though I passed rough inspection, the inspector told me I needed to bond/ground the well casing (will check at final inspection). He said I could drill a hole in it and put a ground bar or something?

I'd like to know what I should buy (platt, HD or L's) and some pictures would be great.

Thanks!

Re: Bonding well casing

The only steel well casing I grounded, I drilled and tapped a hole for a 1/4-20 bolt and attached a lug directly to the casing.
