called the local store to day to get this bell end bushing and they say they dont carry them and there is only 5 at all other stores.. if this is a mandatory item for underground installation in ontario why is it not common and if not what are they using in its place.. i am in ontario

You should also be able to get away with using a threaded male fitting and a threaded bushing.

Go to an electrical supply house! The Big Box people only carry stuff that has a large demand!

'bell ends' are used for entering the bottom of an open bottom enclosure, is this what you're trying to accomplish?

My local Home Hardware keeps hardware catalogs on hand and will order in items that they don't stock in the store.

Perhaps if you speak to your hardware store manager, he will be able locate what you require!

Yes i have ordered it . But what i find confusing is something that is code that it is not a stocked item.. or is there something else they are useing to beat code
