Bathroom wiring setup

Im new to the forum and planning to wire up an additional bathroom in my basement. One question I have is that right now there is an exhaust fan wired to the bathroom on its own 15amp circuit (14-2 I assume). I was going to use this run for the bathroom and have the lights, gfi and vent all wired on this designated 15amp. The question I have is does Ontario wire code require bathrooms to be wired with 20amp 12-2 or am I ok with the 15amp 14-2 setup? I could dig through hours of confusing Ontario code but this forum seems like a pretty helpful community and thought I would ask first.
