bathroom wall switch

the old 3-switch unit (eagle) had 4 wires (2 white & 2 black). the new 3-switch unit (leviton) has 3 connections with a common connection on opposite side. How do I properly connect wires so as not to burn out switch?

Without know how the old switch was connected there is no way to tell you how to connect the new switch.
