Bathroom Timer Fan Help - Picture included :-)

Ok, I am not an electrician and yes... (should get a professional etc) but that being aside, here is my bathroom electrical box taken apart:
http://direct-pro.com/111.html

The left hand switch in the picture is the fan switch, I want to install a timer fan switch, with 4 wires coming out the back (blue wire along with black/white/green)... anyone have a clue? The marret on the right has all white wires that don't connect to the light switch or the fan switch, its just a junction there and the other marret on the left has white/black and red going into it... Any help would be awesome!

Remove the left hand switch. Remove the white pigtail from the marret...replace it with the black wire of the timer. Connect the black you removed from the switch to the blue of the timer in a marret. Connect the white of the timer in the marret that has all the other whites. Green of course is ground.
