Bathroom Fan / Pex Line

I'm installing a Nutone bath fan in the ceiling of my bathroom and currently have a 3/4 inch supply line (PEX) for the plumbing fixtures that would run above the fan box in the same joist bay. The clearance between the fan box and water line is about an 1/2 inch (old house, small joists). Do you think this is ok, or should a reroute the waterline to a different joist bay?

Thanks
