Bathroom electrical outlets

My husband & I purchased a 34" high bathroom vanity (no countertop yet). As the original vanity was only 29" high, the light switchplates along with the electrical outlet seem to be positioned on the wall too low?
They are located to the left of the vanity & are 7 inches measured to the bottom of the switchplates from the top of vanity.

Does my husband need to move these electrical outlets higher or can they be left in the original position? If we need to move, how high?
Thanks so much!

Bathroom electrical outlets

They do not have to be moved, unless you want to move them.

Bathroom electrical outlets

Unless the counter covers them or part of them they can stay where they are.
