Bath Fan/Light GFCI

I am rewiring our masterbath on one 20 Amp circuit. There will be noting besides this bathroom on this circuit.

I would like to install a combo bath fan/recessed can (Broan 744) over the shower. The light says that it us UL listed for use over showers if it is a GFCI protected circuit. Can I connect these lights to the load side of one of the GFCI outlets?

Thanks!

Bath Fan/Light GFCI

In the US you can. You mentioned 'one of the GFCI outlets'. If you have a single circuit in that bath, you can protect all the receptacles and the shower fan using just one GFCI receptacle, wired properly of course.

Bath Fan/Light GFCI

Thanks Kyle! Yes, I was going to have 1 GFCI outlet, and then the other outlets and the shower fan/light wired to the load side of the GFCI.
