Bath Exhaust for small room?

Can you guys recommend any decent vent from the big box store (no light) for my narrow 4x9 bathroom which has two full size windows in center and heat register on the floor. I plan to locate the vent in the corner above the toilet and out through roof. Also, i have low 7ft ceiling which slopes downward, do i need a specific unit for slope ceiling? thx

I am coming up with around 252 for the room. So you just have to go and listen to the various units. Even if they come with a light, you do not have to hook it up. Now, if you do not want to hear the fan in the room, there are remote units that you can place out of the zone, to keep the noise down. Especially if it is next to a bedroom.
