Basement improvement / AFCI Breaker Question

Hi, I live in Quebec (Canada) and I'm doing some basement improvement. I adding a Bed room, storage room and adding light and wall plug.
I went to my local electric store to buy wire to redoo all wiring to laundry room storage room, central vaccum, baseboard heater etc. My local store told me to put a Special AFCI Breaker to the circuit of the new bed room. and on top of that put all wiring on this circuit in BLUE color.

I've read on the Internet and it true, but I have a Question.
My question is do I need to wire all my basement rooms with separate AFCI Breaker or only the new bed room.
I have standard 15A breaker for 120v and 20A 240v breaker for heaters.

I want to meet all standard but If I can use standard breaker without trouble i will do it.

Please help me.
