ballast replacement

I am replacing magnetic ballasts w/electronic ones. the old ones had b/w coming out of one side & blue/red the other. The new smaller elect. ones have 2 blues and a red . Where does the other blue wire connect? these are for 8', single pin florescents.

thanks, tw

don't have the # for the old. These are for 2 bulb, 8' single pins. The new electronics ballast is # B260l120M-A Basic 12 120 v. 60 hz.
