ballast replacement

Hello. I have a utilitech fluroescent security lamp that takes this type ballast....
Coleman Cable, Inc.
which is next to impossible to get. The Caster number in that print is the original number and the RB4501 is what Coleman has to replace it. The entire assy. is $44.
It'll be around $24 to get this shipped to me. Uh, can someone recommend another direction to go, as it sticking in there and more readily available ballast, uh and one that would most likely last longer? I'm thinking of the small rectangular ones from say Lowes, but I do not know how to calculate what size I need. Here is a link to show what type of bulb it is....
Shop Utilitech 65-Watt Bronze Dusk-to-Dawn Security Light at Lowes.com
Thx for any advise on ballast supplement
