Attic Fan Thermostat


How can I bypass the thermostat on an attic fan?

Attic Fan Thermostat


Cut off power to fan circuit.
Open thermostat box. Cut/disconnect two wires leading into thermostat part.
Connect those two wires together with appropriate sized wire nut.
Close thermostat box making sure the wire connections are done inside it.
Restore power; fan should come on unless you've installed a line switch.
