Any electricians here who work with ICF?

Anyone here ever work with running power through an ICF home? I haven't met an electrician who ever has, it seems most electricians either don't want to deal with it or the few that do want to charge a premium for it.

What do you mean a "premium"?
It is a LOT more work, don't you think that it should cost more?

They want to charge double of what conventional wood frame electrical runs would cost.

How hard is it to work with?
Do you run the Romex through flexible conduit?
How do you end up sealing the styrofoam that was cut away?

THANKS!

Funny you should ask. My girls are right here, Pumpkin sleeping right next to me on the couch and Duchess on the bed. They're both happy as can be, healthy and absolutely beautiful.

I think Duchess has learned to stay near us after her brush with that car last month. I think I told you guys about that, right? She ran out front into the street and got hit, cutting her front leg.

No more running down the street, she stays close. Real close.

Your little one looks a lot more vicious in your avatar here. Steroids?
