Quick question guys, what cable clamp are you "supposed" to use on flexible aluminum sheathed 12/2 cable conduit? All the ones I have and have looked at at the stores only list steel sheathing. I assume there's a greater crush risk with aluminum, so what do you guys use?
Also, how the heck do you strip this stuff back without harming the wires?
Before the tool pictured above was invented, we always used aviation snips. I rarely do/did enough MC work to justify buying this tool. If I had a very big job with all MC cable, I would invest in one. For now the aviation snips (sheet metal snips) work just fine.
