AFCI and GFCI Breakers

Do AFCI breakers also provide GFCI protection?

If I were to replace an old 2 prong receptacle with a new 3 prong receptacle, and use an AFCI breaker (and provide appropriate labeling on the receptacle), would this meet code? Or does the receptacle need to be a GFCI receptacle in addition to the AFCI breaker (I am thinking this is the answer)?

Thanks.

Many AFCI breaker only provide Class B 30 mA GFI protection. This is not the same as the Class A 5mA protection required to protect lives. You could do the AFCI breaker and then install a GFI device downstream.

AFCI and GFCI Breakers

Does the class B protection qualify it as GFCI protection under the NEC?
