Advice for installed new receptacle in cantilevered wall

Hi all
I'd like to wire a new receptacle to a bedroom wall but this wall is cantilevered out from the foundation so I can't easily drill through the bottom plate. I could theoretically break out the stucco underneath the bumped out wall then drill with a long auger.

Any advice for this situation would be appreciated. Thanks

If you don't mind the look, you could always use wire mold from an existing receptacle....

or remove the baseboard, and get a wire from an existing outlet....

There should be a joist or truss holding up the wall under the bottom plate. Just drill slowly and stop when you break through the plate and subfloor.

Since it sounds like you are going to need to fish the cable have someone watch to see when the bit comes through.
