Advice on fitting new wall socket fascia

I'm fitting a new socket fascia to an existing wall outlet. It has two Earth connections at the back where the old has only the one.

Does it matter which one I connect the Earth cable to or do I need to split the cable or something? Not sure what to do here, obviously want to make it safe.

Thanks,
Lee.

Advice on fitting new wall socket fascia

Sorry, I just realised this is a US site. Sorry if I confused everyone. I expect the fittings are different to the UK. I'll try nearer to home!

Lee.
