Adjusting for fans on a circuit

Hi,
First off, many thanks to everyone who posts on here. I have been coming here for answers throughout my project and found answers to just about every question I've come across. There is one question that I can't seem to find an answer to however...

Do I have to de-rate a circuit if there is a fan load on it?
Is this true for ceiling fans? Bathroom/kitchen exhaust fans?

(I hope I'm using the proper terms)

TIA,
Jason, PA

Adjusting for fans on a circuit

Thanks.
What are some general (or specific) guidelines for wiring ceiling and exhaust fans?
