Adding lights to a circuit.. Pl check circuit

1 Attachment(s)
Hello everyone,

I am going to add some undercabinet lights in my kitchen and wanted someone to give me an opinion if this circuit will work. I will be adding lights to an existing light switch in the kitchen which handles one recessed light right now. I have drawn the circuit in the attachment.

Thanks.

Looks perfect. Whats the total wattage of the circuit? What drawing program are you using?

Thanks for the reply..
340 W total wattage, I will also use a 600 W dimmer.
Its Microsoft Visio software.

Thanks again!

aw44, I think what J.V. means is when you turn off the circuit breaker that feeds that lighting, what else is turned off? Nice drawing, but the lights remind me of LEDs. pete

I'll have to check that. I'll report back.
