Adding Larger electrical Box
I have a older 60 style home with of cource not enough breakers in the box. I want to add a larger box and I have done a lot of my own sub panels and sort in the house already.. Just need to know if I upgrade what is the easiest way to do it, come of the box now with a larger box or what.

I started to give you instructions on how to upgrade your panel but changed my mind.
I do not know if you are qualified for this type of job. This will include your knowledge of the NEC. The involvement of the power company and the codes dept. for your jurisdiction.
I suggest you get 3 quotes from reputable electrical contractors in your area. This is a one day job or less for them and could be a much longer time for you. Plus you may not have power if you run into problems.
This type of project requires the knowledge for a safe installation. Service upgrades are not very expensive. In my area it runs about $1000 - $1500. Money well spent for your piece of mind.
Should you decide to try and do this job and run into trouble let us know. We may be able to help you......John
