Adding clamps to wires entering service panel

How big of a job is it to add clamps to the wires entering the service panel shown below? Would it require removing the panel? Could I do it myself having only minimal electrical experience? How is it done? Thanks!

It will not be easy with the type shown. They make plastic ones that snap in. You could install these backwards.

Estimates on how much an electrician would charge to do it?

Why would you pay someone to do a 5 min. and less then $5.00 job?

Would I have to disconnect all the wires from the breakers and rethread them through the clamps? Or can I somehow do it without disconnecting?

Most connectors go on from the outside of the enclosure. There is one connector that is made to go on from the inside, it is perfect for your situation: http://www.hubbell-raco.com/feat_item.aspx?feature=16

Home Depot carries these.

Yes, you will have to disconnect the cable from the breaker and neutral/ground bar/s and slide the connector over it.

This is what you want to use.
No need to remove wires.
