Adding 100 AMP to my existing box.

How much should it cost to add a 100 AMP service to my existing 200 AMP?

That depends on a variety of factors, such as geographic location, distance from your weatherhead to your panel, current panel configuration, etc.

If you want some peace of mind as to whether quoted estimates are reasonable or not, your best course of action is to get 4-5 estimates and make sure you talk to the estimator as they are inspecting your home so that you understand what they are proposing to do.
