Can someone tell me if an unfinished attic would be considered "accessible" for a junction box?

Also, how can I remove a question and thread after it has been answered? Thanks

As long as the attic has access it is fine.

Why remove a thread? Leave it up with all the others so future visitors with similar situations may benefit from the replies.
