Above ground pool #8 bonding wire


In my career, the only stray voltage incidents I got to investigate have been underground services, both direct burial, and utility related, one being a secondary concentric neutral, the other being a primary concentric neutral, both had different effects on the structure, but both left dangerous voltages that could have led to a death.
