I have no idea what your asking. Are you in the USA? If your asking how to connect a commercial washer with 45A heating element into a 15 amp circuit that would make for some degree of sense.

Answer is.. gotta have a tad bit more information to get you pointed in the right direction.

What are the voltage requirements of this washer? It should have a nameplate give us everything on it.

YOU DO NOT! Period.
I truly do not mean to be rude, but this should be obvious.
You need a new circuit run for the washer.

Like Speedy said you can't do this. I was really waiting to find out if you were in the USA. Amps are amps no matter where you are located. I not sure if anyone here is familiar enough with your wiring to help you. The website is in the USA. Might watch the thread and see if one of the guys can answer your question and tell you what you need but posting the nameplate information is a good start.

Here is something someone said I could post on his behalf. I'd rather not get in the middle so I'll leave it at this. OK?

(You) need a Radial circuit direct from his consumer unit wired in min 10.0 T&E 6242Y sheathed cable. Wire to a 60amp DP local Isolator and at the consumer unit end a 50amp Type B mcb.

16mm T&E and 63amp rated throughout would be better but the 50 amp circuit should cover well enough.
