4 wires to connect

I am trying to install an Aube 3 way timer. The wires on the timer are labeled C, 1, 2 (all black). In the wall, I have 2 red wires (one hot) and 2 tan. I've tried several different combinations, but can't get it to work. Please help. Thank you!
