4 wire thermostat to 2 wire

I have and old (Argo) thermostat for electric baseboard heat and when I removed the face plate there are 4 wires 2 black and 2 red from the thermostat and 2 black and 2 white from the wall (4 hookup spots total on old thermostat). The new thermostat (Honeywell RLV310A) only has 2 black wires coming out of it how do I connect this to the 2 black and 2 white wires coming from the wall?

4 wire thermostat to 2 wire

Your old t-stat is a 2 pole device, the new one is only single pole. Get a new 2 pole t-stat.
