4-gang box question
I have 1 "4-gang" box in a rewire job I'm doing in my house. The box is located in the living room and the lights in the living room is on it's own ciruit along with the two outside lights at the entrance ways. Right now I have only 1 incoming power wire at the box for four light switchs.
The question: Is 1 incoming power wire enough for four lights? Here is a breakdown of the lights.
1 - celing light/fan
4 - wall sconce
2- single outlet outside lights
1 - flood light
If that is all that is on that circuit, then you are fine.
If it was working before without a problem, and you haven'e added anything, you are fine also.
Do you think you should have more circuits in that box?
Oops, I left out the dinning room light fixture.
This is a new box within a complete rewire.
