30amp 240vac breaker question......?

I have two different 30amp Square-D Homline double pole (240vac) circuit breakers. One has a single lever, on one side. The other has "two" levers....although they are molded/tied together to form a single lever that operates both sides.

Simple question: What is the difference between the two?
and: Are they both appropriate for a dedicated 30amp #10AWG circut for a clothes dryer in a single family home?

Nothing.

Never saw a single handle Homeline 2 pole. My guess one is a Square D QO two pole. They are not interchangeable.

I know the difference between QO and HOM. However, I will double check this.
