3 Way switch power at wrong end

I am trying to help a friend that has a wiring issue. He has a properly functioning 3 way switch controlling 1 light. However, the power comes in at the wrong end. The 3 way at the other end is where he needs power to be brought in because there are three other switches/loads in this box that need to be tied into a constant power source. I think I need to make a white neutral hot from the opposite switch box back to/thru the light box and to the 3 way switch box where I need power, but not sure the best way to go about this. The power comes in at the opposite/wrong switch which is a single 3 way switch with no other loads or switches to worry about. Just exact opposite of what I need.

Can anyone help me out? Much appreciated!

You can not steal a neutral from anyplace.
Run a new cable from the existing 3 way to the 3 way you need power at.

3 Way switch power at wrong end

JB Fan, I cannot run a new circuit as this is a finished/closed wall and ceiling with no open access. The 3 way with the power is at the top of the stairs while the other end of the 3 way is at the bottom of the stairs across the room on the opposite wall. I would have to rip out sheet rock to do so.

This home has been remodeled, and I just cannot believe that this was overlooked and wired in this fashion. Is there no other way I can rewire the configuration between the light, and both 3 way switches to get a constant hot down to the other 3 way switch so that I can power the other 3 switches in that box?

Then you need to rip out the sheet rock or find a different source for the power and may rip out less sheet rock. You can't just magically make a neutral wire appear.

Just use a Lutron Pico wireless switch, this will get you out of it without having to remove sheetrock.
