250ft Underground run from house

Greetings,
This is my first post and i have found much i have read to be very useful. I am wondering if anyone could give me the necessary wire sizes and best way forward to do the run myself and have someone else to do the hook up. I would like to have enough power to run a small fridge, lights and ceiling fan. Also, Can I run CAT5/6 if it is shielded in the same conduit and when can I use PVC? I know it is a lot, but I trust you more than most. Thanks for any input.

If you are going to have someone else do the hook up why not ask them what you need? You cannot mix low voltage wires in the same conduit as house voltage. If you are burying the pipe then pvc would be the way to go but make sure you glue the sticks together well. Using a voltage drop calculator for a 20 amp circuit at 250' you need #4 awg cu. You would need 1" pvc to hold three #4 thhn awg cu.
