220 neutral problem


I have 240 volts from red to black, nothing from eirther one to neutral,,what should i look for to fix?

You think maybe a little more information may be needed?

At what location is this occurring? At an appliance? At the load center?

Make sure the neutral is connected at the other end.

220 neutral problem


Are you sure you need the neutral? 240 circuits are not all created the same. But like HouseHelper said. Check the other end.
