220 motor to 208 3 phase

Hello this is my first post .My business is in a commercial area so power in the building is 120/208 3 phase i have been given a radial arm saw that only runs on 220 single phase. I have been told i can run this saw but no one seems to be able to tell me how to wire outlet for this.Can someone please help me.Thank you in advance for your time.

220 motor to 208 3 phase

simply put:

2 of the hot legs of the 3 available in the panel. That will provide you with 208 single phase but if the motor data tag actually lists 220 volts, you should have no problems witht the 208 volts.

Even more simply put. This is a commercial setting. You should NOT be touching the electrical there. Hire an electrician.
Sometimes I feel like if I answer any more questions it is like someone trying to climb over a fence to jump off a bridge and me giving them a boost.
Answers based on the 2011 NEC.
