200 amp panel box

Hello everyone. I have a strange problem here. I have a panel box with a bridged 100 amp, er a split 100 amp side by side. I have one 220 outlet, one split 20 amp and four other 20 amp singles breakers. It seems like the only ones that function besides the main are two..one is the 60 amp for the dryer and all other lights and plugs are tied into one 20 amp. It is the only one that ever breaks and everything in the house goes off. I have tried flipping the other breakers when the power is on and they do nothing. Because of this I cant run a heater in the winter and run any other appliance like the washer or coffee maker. The panel is only three years old. What can i do?

There is no way the dryer should be on a 60 amp circuit. If you are adding the 30+30 to get the 60 that is incorrect.

Can you describe the house sizewise? Are the breakers labeled? A house 5 years old should have more circuits than it seems like you have.

Do you have a tester?

Can you post a pic?
