20 amp GFCI Circuit

I did not want to hijack a similar current thread. I am running a single dedicated 20 amp bathroom GFCI outlet - nothing else will be connected. Can I use 14/2 or is 12/2 required?

Thanks

You using a plastic box, or metal? If metal, the ground must be connected to the box as well as the gfi.
