2 Motion Sensor Lights and one power source

Our entrance is at the back of our house and find that the light on the side of the house is very insufficient for the stairs to the doorway and the back of the house. The light on the side of the house is a motion sensor light. I am not sure how much power there is going to the light. However without rewiring a new switch, would I be able to add another motion sensor light to the existing box with outdoor wire and conduit to add a second motion sensor light to the back of the house? I would really like to use one switch for both lights. Any suggestions or wiring diagrams? Thanks!

I would simply add a black and white wire (plus ground) to the supply (assumed coming from the motion sensor) of the first light. Run that wire to the second location. Add a light.

If you believe that total capacity exceeds the rating of the motion sensor, try some of the lower powered lamps, such as CFL or LED.
