15 Amp vs 20 Amp

When do you put devices on a 15 amp vs. 20 amp. I am remodeling a small bathroom. There is one 20 Amp circuit feeding the room. On that circuit I have (3) 65 watt can lights, one 80 cfm exhaust fan, and one gfic outlet. Shouldn't the lights be on a 15 amp circuit?

15 Amp vs 20 Amp

Bathroom(s) needs:
One 20a circuit that feeds everything
OR
One 20a circuit that can feed outlets only in multiple bathrooms
