stay on the topic...
If i have a 12/2 20 amp in kitchen w gfi at 1st outlet is it ok to mix a 15 on the ones after the gfi?

No, will have to be a 20 amp T-slot plug or GFI

He dosn't even have to use a 20 amp receptacle.
