12 volt 3 way sw with off position

Iím looking for a 12 volt 3 way rocker arm switch with an off position. The purpose of the switch is to be able to power an inside trailer light from a truck when it is connected and from a battery when it is not. Without having both power sources accidently connected at the same time.

You want a SPDT switch.

Radio Shack or the big box stores should carry them. If not, try someplace like West Marine.

He only needs double throw, not triple. A SPDT switch with center-off will work fine.

He wants a center off position not a simple double throw.

Ahem....he wants a "ROCKER" switch, not a toggle switch.
