11 ground termination question

The thing I don't like about the ground loop is when you have to change a switch, add a dimmer or troubleshoot, you have to pull all switches out and deal with them all being connected together.

And....why, when they started adding ground screws to switches, didn't the put them on the bottom left like receps? The ground wire is REALLY in the way and RIGHT next to the terminals of the switch next to it.

idiots!
