Zoneline 3000 Heat Pump

If you needed to service/repair a Zoneline 3000 heat pump would you call a HVAC tech or an appliance repair person? A customer has called me (the electrician) to trouble shoot why her hump isn't blowing hot air. Once I verify correct voltages I'll need to refer her somewhere else.
