York Heat Pump Wiring Problem
I own a rental home that I am presently remodeling , I plan on replacing the HVAC later on this year , but in the meantime the Aux heat does not work . Living in South Florida, the heat is used very little if not at all.
But the winter here has been unseasonly cold
To make a long story short, the outside unit is an older York Heat Pump- Model EASH-F030 ? and the Air Handler is a SINGER B-DHU311..
The defrost board on the York has two terminals with no wires on it- the "X" terminal and the "66" terminal.
I assume these would control the first stage heat in the air handler?
An AC tech disabled the heat last summer and I just need to restore it to the original wiring-another long story ! Otherwise the AC unit blows cold air ,just not enough heat .
Thank you in advance for any help.
