York Gas Furnace 031-01972-000

My furnace isn't coming on. The green LED on the control board is flashing one time. Any suggestions on what the problem may be?

Does anyone have the diagnostics info for the control board?

Codes should be on the panel. Is it a heart beat. That would mean normal operation, no call for heat or cooling.

being that every brand uses a different blink code and a different control board it would extremely help to post make and model.

It is a York 40-130 MBH. The control board number is listed in the title. I found the installation instructions for it and they do indicate a single flashing green LED is the normal state. I will take a look now at the inputs from the thermostat. I also have a Ruud Steam Humidifier on the system that is flashing a code indicating HVAC power loss.

Disconnect the wires from R and W on teh control board, and run a jumper from one to the other, and see if it runs in heat mode then.

Checked out the thermostat and the 24v transformer and they both looked fine. Tried turning the system back on and it fired right up. I'll have to keep an eye on it and see what happens. Thanks for the comments.

They looked fine? Did you put a multimeter on the transformer?
