Wood stove installation with pipe

Looking here for advice on installing a wood stove. Have seen piping horizontal through exterior wall then up, along exterior. Our best option, I think. Any rocommendations for what to use? Best price/quality for this? Other considerations? Contractors to bid on such a job in Denver?
