Wood furnace plenum

My clayton 1600 furnace has a top opening of 13''by18'' I need to use this opening and put a 24''L x 28''W x 30''H plenum.

How do i go about doing this ?


any ideas, suggestions, links, information would be great.

Sounds like you need a sheet metal transition made. If you know how to bend sheet metal, it can be pretty fun to do. If you don't bend sheet metal, it can get expensive in buying new sheet metal! :-)

Do a search for "sheet metal transition kits" online and you will find several that fit your need, or head to a local sheet metal shop, tell them what you need and they can pop it out in short order.
