wiring a dayton 4m205j

Hey guys , another hot night , I 've got the fan today and installed it , I guess the compressor isn't wired right, I have studyed your replys and posts, + the diagrams .
I have tried to follow the 3 wire install and blows hot air,
my cap, is a 3 prong and with the purple now becoming the common , it works as it should , but doesn't blow cold , can you help with this issue.
