the wiring for a condenser fan motor

I bought a new condenser fan motor and the wire colors are different from the old one. The wiring on the old one is brown, black and yellow color whereas the new one is a cream color, brown and black color. So does that mean the cream color takes the place of the yellow wire.

Also at the end of the wires in the old condenser there are some plug like pieces that allow you to snap them right into the capacitor whereas the new one have the wires just freely loose hanging out. What do we have to do in order to either snap the new wires right in place or what.

my dad and i are stuck at the wiring part.

Yep, the cream colored one is the same as the white on. 1/4" female spades are a common item at hardware stores. hope you got a new capacitor, shouldn't reuse the old one.

You need to go and buy them, and put them on.
