Window a/c for wall

We have a small a/c in the wall in our rental apartment but i think it is a window a/c. We need to change it as it is old. It seems there are no wall a/c units out there in that size. Can a window a/c be used in a wall? Thanks

Window a/c for wall

Got a picture?
Going to be a night mare to try and seal up a window A/C in a wall.
A wall A/C is mounted into a sleave with square edges, a window unit has all kinds of odd ball framing on the bottom of it in most cases.

I will take one. Maybe I'm better off getting a wall even if a little more $$$.

I'd do the wall ac.. take measurements, get as close and you can and use "great stuff" foam in the gaps and then trim it out.
